How much does delivery cost?

  • Letterbox items including wax melts: £1.95
  • All other orders: £3.95
  • Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail or Evri
When will my order be dispatched? 

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-4 business days and delivery usually takes 2 days. Sometimes the process is quicker than this, but as we make and pack all orders by hand and to order, sometimes it can take a little longer. If your order is urgent, please contact us as we endeavour to help wherever we can.

Can I cancel my order?

We start making your order as soon as we receive it so we can’t guarantee any cancellations. If you would like to amend or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will help wherever possible. 

My order has arrived and something is damaged, what should I do?

Every order is carefully packed and checked before it leaves us, but if your item gets damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible so we can make things right. hello@birdathome.co.uk

Can I return an item?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us straight away to let us know and request the returns address. We offer a 14-day return policy for items unused and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return postage. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned goods in their original condition and packaging, excluding the original delivery cost within 7 working days. 

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

At the moment we are only able to deliver within the UK, but we hope to be able to ship overseas soon.
